She was able to guide us in a fair market value offer and coordinate with the seller's agent on several iterations of our initial contract. We ran into issues with our VA home inspection, our septic inspection and our well water inspection, and Beverly didn't skip a beat. She truly represented our best interests throughout the entire two months of being under contract before closing. We couldn't have asked for more in our first time home buying process with Beverly! A bonus is that Beverly has stayed in touch to ensure that we have been happy with our purchase!
