My background as a Financial Systems Analyst and Regional Director for a National Engineering firm required many of the same characteristics that a great agent does: the ability to "hear" a client's expectations and exceed them, commitment to achieve the desired result within set parameters, the ability to meet challenges and resolve conflicts, and excellent communication and follow-up skills.
I am from the area originally and returned “home” after living in multiple states across the country. I love exploring the area with clients and finding not only the right home, but the right neighborhood and lifestyle. My seller clients find that I am communicative and fully understand trends in the market that will impact the sale of their homes. I work with each seller to customize a plan specific to their unique needs. I understand that sometimes a buyer or seller just aren't ready.
